n_gui checkbox toggles on release, not on press

n_gui checkbox toggles on release, not on press

Author

Headless: events are made by hand and fed to n_gui_process_event(). A checkbox toggles, and calls on_toggle, when a press is RELEASED over it, as a button clicks. A press that leaves the box before the release (on a phone, a swipe that scrolls a settings list and happens to start on a checkbox) changes nothing, so a host that cancels a drag by moving the release elsewhere protects checkboxes as well as buttons.
